FOREIGN TRADE SEPCIALIST
BAB Engineering / Duropur Construction Chemicals manufactures Polyurethane Waterproof Coatings, Primers, Epoxies and Adhesives.
We seek for an Foreign Trade Specialist to join our Export Department team at our factory located in Ankara / Kahramankazan.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or relevant fields,
• Min. 3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience,
• Should have knowledge and experience in import, export, and international regulations (Experience in export and import of chemicals will be an extra asset).
• Good command of written and spoken English, second language would be an asset,
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Should have a valid passport,
• Should have B class driver license and be an active driver.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WE EXPECT
Analyzing and reporting customer opportunities in target markets, contacting potential customers, taking proactive role in sales growth,
• Based on market & customer research planning trips, communicating meeting reports to the relevant managers following each trip,
• Giving sales presentations related to technical specifications and application methods based on customers’ needs,
• Handling, performing, and tracking of product demonstrations for customers,
• Achieving export goals assigned,
• Conducting after-sales relationships with existing and gained customers,
• Gathering product R&D requests from customers and target markets, reporting the relevant data to the related teams,
• Conducting incisive and insightful research of markets and competitors, monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques,
• Completing foreign trade data requirements, generating export documents in corporate systems,
• Preparing all foreign Export Documents for customs and other relevant authorities,
• Efficient teamwork and communication with all departments as well as customers and suppliers,
• Handling assigned Import duties such as communication with existing and potential suppliers and contributing to operational process,
• Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports in line with the demands of the management,
• Representing the company in exhibitions and trade fairs.
