This person will be responsable for our international patients, He/She will:

• Fluent in Turkish and Arabic

• Manages the patient shedule

REQUIREMENTS

• Assist in welcoming and registration of the patient to the hospital
• Make sure that patient understands the program for each day
• Provide translation support in all phases of patient care
• Be the single point of contact for the patient throıughout their stay in our clinic
• Translate medical reports
• Manage patient airport transfers
• Anticipate and resolve all possible issues
• Ensure 98% patient satisfaction
