Arabic Speaking Translator

REQUIREMENTS

For our international patients we seek to strenghthen our team with Arabic speaking translator

This person will be responsable for our international patients, He/She is supposed to be:

• Fluent in Turkish and Arabic
• Good at English (not obligatory, but a plus)
• In a positive mindset and result focused
• Empathy oriented taking care of each patient
• Unstoppable before each patient is happy
• A problem-solver
• Independent
• Able to deal with cultural differences
• Able to prepare and manage the patient schedule
• Able to thrive in complex environments

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person that will be shoosen for that position should:

• Assist in welcoming and registration of the patient to the clinic
• Make sure that patient understands the program for each day
• Provide translation support in all phases of patient care
• Be the single point of contact for the patient throughout their stay in our clinic
• Translate medical reports
• Manage airport transfers for the patients
• Anticipate and resolve all possible issues
• Ensure 98% patient satisfaction
