QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for Assistant Brand Manager for Balparmak brands in our dynamic Marketing team. 

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.
  • At least 2 years experiences Product / Brand Management in FMCG companies.
  • Strong project management & creative thinking skills,
  • Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Self-motivated, energetic and ambitious,
  • Being a strong team player with ability to work effectively as a part of a multi-functional team,
  • Digital experience will be highly regarded.

 


Job Description

  • Develop & execute plans based on marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Apply in-depth understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics to pursue brand development and new categories/brands.
  • Contribute to and interpret brand strategy and execute with perfection.
  • Understand Balparmak business & processes and able to give recommendation.
  • Execute the advertising strategies (both ATL & BTL) and support creating campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities.
  • Follow up consumer and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand.
  • Support the coordination of product management projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (advertising agencies, market research, product development, production planning, trade activities, sales and consultants)
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Sales Functions to lead strategy on the execution of Brand events.
  • Assist the development of communication strategies.
  • Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow sales & market share in our Brands.
  • Work closely with rest of our brand marketing teams to drive harmonies across brand & demonstrate insights.
  • Monitor and analyze our own brand performance, and subsequently take the right corrective action.
  • Managing and optimizing Social Media Campaigns, Google Adwords and other digital channels with various agencies.
  • Analyze and interpret the results of market research results (e.g. Nielsen, Gfk, Ipsos) and translate them into recommendations and actions.
