The Marketing Director will be responsible for development and execution of branding strategies and marketing initiatives promoting both short-term and long-term growth while ensuring brand consistency and growth across all channels within Balparmak.

 The position has complete scope of the Marketing function for Balparmak, including advertising, media, brand management, public relations, customer relationship management, as well as related financial and operational functions. 

 The ideal candidate is a self-starter and an innovator who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment; someone who enjoys collaborating and gets satisfaction from seeing how their contributions make an impact. This is a hands-on position working closely with the CEO. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree from a related field (preferably Marketing, Engineering, Business, Economics etc.) 
  • Preferably master's degree in Marketing, 
  • At least 15 years of experience in marketing and product / brand management in the FMCG sector, 
  • Preferably familiar with the product label-design ideas, 
  • Strong communication and analytical perspective, 
  • Closely following up current sector and market trends and living in digital world, 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, 
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem solving skills, 
  • Goal oriented, able to implement strategic vision and deliver real results, 
  • An inspiring leader and a team player to collaborate with other key department heads, 
  • Ability to think strategically and adjust quickly to changes and opportunities, 
  • Driven by heart as much as metrics, 
  • Friendly and easy to get along with,

Job Description

  • Develop, manage and drive all aspects of marketing strategies to maximize the brand identity and reach more customer with impactful messaging,
  • To prepare annual marketing plan and budget in accordance with marketing strategies and objectives, 
  • Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative market research. Track trends, analyzing market research & studies, making recommendations for the business, 
  • To carry out necessary studies and develop projects in order to expand the market share in line with market research, 
  • To increase the brand awareness by doing marketing, advertising and brand management studies, 
  • To take an active role in new product launch activities, 
  • Manage and improve the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function, 
  • Customer segmentation analysis with correlating program design and implementation, 
  •  Manage, develop, coach and train staff, 
  • Lead the team to manage and collaborate with local advertising, digital/programmatic and media agencies to develop innovative digital media campaigns, 
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing and Sales teams to lead strategy on the execution of Brand events, 
  • Work with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop programs to promote in-store and off-site customer selling events to support sales growth and opportunities, 
  • To realize joint projects in the field of innovation and product trends with the R&D department, 
  • Manage consumer research and develop effective strategies to direct the marketing policies.
