POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• University degree from an engineering department (preferably Textile- Mechanical – Electrical - Industrial Engineering )
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience intextile floor covering industry
• Good know-how of weaving processing
• Advanced level of written and verbal English
• MS Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint) knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
• Eager to train to his/her direct reports about the works
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details

ABOUT THE JOB

•        Manage and control the production processes to ensure the continuity of the process while meeting safety  & quality demands and delivery times
•         Maintain highest standards of safety, quality and productivity on the plant
•         Follow up and continuously improve production efficiency by utilizing all resources effectively ( equipment, staff etc. )
•          Develop operations related plans, budgets , policies and procedures and coordinate all teams to be in line with these planning
•          Troubleshoot production problems and ensure a smooth, safe and efficient production operation
•        Monitor Key Performance Indicators and strive for sustainable, continuous improvement and improve the productivity and efficiency of the process
•         Look for opportunities to optimize industrial costs
•         Support R&D activities in his/her plant
•         Leads to all projects within his responsibility area in coordination with lean team
•         Define development plan for production team to create efficient and motivated team
•         Train his/her employees about the weaving operations and maintenance of machines
•         Lead direct reports and cross-functional teams in order to drive effective decision making, collaboration, business and professional growth
