QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

OBJECTIVE

  • Follow up operational  KPI’ s of Bandırma Region .
  • Control action plans of deviations from target.
  • Make target analysis & budget analysis and report to top management.
  • Follow up people budget for all production units.
  • Register targets and action plans to the system, control time to action.
  • Follow up monthly and cumulative budget, analysis to deviations, find a solution and inform to related department manager.
  • To be responsible for presentation of Bandırma region for Regional Target Checks.
  • Set up monthly meetings with formen to discuss anomalies and support them for action plans.
  • Share with the updates from Performance Management Team to all the production team.
  • Ensure information exchanges in all departments & units and shared with related reports to Plant Head, prepare the reports for his/her manager.
  • Set up monthly and weekly meetings to ensure target tracking.
  • Follow up technological innovations and developments.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Preferably graduated from Food Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
  • Fluent English (written and verbal),
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production side.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the company operations more productive,
  • Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner,
  • Strong knowledge on food safety & food technology standards,,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint),
  • Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
  • Good ability to work under pressure,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity.
