Broiler & Turkey Manager - İzmir

Main Responsibilities

• Field Manager (broiler and/or turkey) is main responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with growers, to guarantee payment policies comply with company standards and ensuring production meets Animal Welfare and Food Safety standards.
• To lead the technical team in the commitment to transfer knowledge to growers and their teams, address anomalies together with related areas.
• Manage the production process with KPIs, evaluating deviations and defining corrective actions. Ensuring the safety of people and taking care of the company's assets, being a reference in fulfilling these commitments

• Participate in audits in your sector and implement corrective actions in case of deviations
• Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
• Assist in one or more processes.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
• Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management, compliance with the Company's global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) indicators and commitments, ensuring a connection between a strategic vision of the organization and a strategic vision of its area for sustainable development in BRF chain

Requirements

• Graduated Veterinary or Production Engineering or related areas,
• Experience in the production chain of live animals.
• Experience in supplier/customer relationships and team management.
• Network with business related people (Preferred)
• Administration and Finance (Conditioned with experience in the area or function)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to make operations more efficient, maintaining quality standards and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team, interact with all levels of the organization and related parties.
• Ability to analyze results and solve problems with consistent methods.
• Ability to analyze quality and production compliance.
• Ability to lead processes focused on HSE.
• Knowledge of production control systems.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Good English Level
• Good understanding and use of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause and Effect Diagram).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Plan and work harmoniously in a multicultural environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Reliable and with a high level of professional integrity.
• Knowledge about live production chain (Preferred).
