OBJECTIVE

Risk Management Team, overseeing the BRF International Markets operations covering North America, Latin America (except Brazil), Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa, main objective is to design and execute the global business risk management processes integrated with BRF strategic management processes.

We define risk management strategies and clear accountabilities and action steps for building and executing risk management capabilities in the Company and improving them accordingly.

We monitor continuously the information provided so that to assist the decision-makers, who are managing key risks, and protect the interests of BRF shareholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline or similar
• Advance level of verbal and written English
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in risk management, controls and compliance, external or internal audit
• Experience in Risk Management, IT systems and controls, segregation of duties, end-to-end business processes
• Practical understanding over the local and international financial reporting standards, risk frameworks, COSO and deep understanding over the internal control design and testing
• Experience with privacy, security or compliance issues
• Team player, strong interpersonal, verbal communication,
• Experience working with all levels of employees from entry-level to senior leadership
• Strong IT user skills, very good user knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Open to learning and open for improvement in new business areas
• Must be the upmost integrity with the ability to question and challenge existing, long standing practices and procedures
• Multitasking ability with focus on delivering results within tight timeframe
• Works collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, motivates people to work together to accomplish business results
• Flexibility to travel on business trips
• Based in Istanbul or Bandırma

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

•          To design and create Risk Management processes for the International Markets
•          To perform monthly tests for the International Markets Risk Map actions defined by business areas
•          To arrange and provide trainings to business areas related to BRF Risk Management requirements
•          To provide necessary local documentation for Turkey bimonthly Early Risk Detection Committee meeting
•         To support Global and Local projects considering BRF Policies/Procedures, SOx and Risk Management 
•         To work closely with Compliance and Internal Audit teams as 2nd and 3rd line of defense functions
