QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related areas,
  
• Fluent English (written and verbal),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical field,
• Technical knowledge and strong knowledge about management tools and leadership.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence,
• Knowledge of Implementation of TPM and PDCA Techniques,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the develop your team, manage resources and solve the problems,
• Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner,
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipments,
• Excellent command of concepts and application of Efficiency and maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective),
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word),
• Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
• Owner’s posture,
• Person needs to be proactive, take initiative (proactive),
• Flexibility in working hours and different shifts,
• Good organizational and communication skills,
• Good ability to work under pressure,
• Planning & coordination with multicultural environment,
• Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity.

DESCRIPTION

• Control and set the parameters to use, monitoring and application of energy resources,
•  High voltage system and Electrical Maintenance responsible in the plant,
• Establish and follow up Utilities budget regarding Energy,
• Perform daily reports regarding energy consumptions by process,
• Analyze the consumptions reports and take actions regarding deviations,
• Plan and implement monitoring routines for critical equipments,
• Once a year, make the CSR (Current Situation Report) in order to define Targets and Tactical plan regarding energy consumptions,
• Lead “Energy Efficiency Work Group” in the plant,
• Identify, prepare the scope, apply and execute CAPEX projects regarding Energy Efficiency,
• Establish and follow up one plan regarding the quality of energy and fuels delivered in the plant,
• Control the Fuels inventory turnover,
• Support utilities team in planned stoppages,
• Support technically the application of integrated practices concerning Yield, Quality, Productivity and HSE (Health Safety Environment),
• Disseminate good practices for other plants,
• Training all the team about the BRF Guide (Energy Efficiency),
• Assist the preparation and apply trainings for Technical Team,
• Comply with HSE norms, instructions and safe working procedures,
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems,
• Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures,
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures,
• Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety,
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments,
• Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues.
