QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from environmental engineering ,
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the WWTP facilities,
• A Class WWTP Operator Certificate,
• Knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001,
• Technical knowledge and strong knowledge about management tools and leadership,
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence,
• Experience in Development and Implementation of Maintenance Plan,
• Knowledge of Implementation of TPM and PDCA Techniques,
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the develop your team, manage resources and solve the problems,
• Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner,
• Strong knowledge on environment equipments,
• Knowledge about concepts and application of Efficiency and maintenance practices ,(preventive, predictive, corrective),
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word),
• Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
• Owner’s posture,
• Person needs to be proactive, take initiative (proactive),
• Flexibility in working hours and different shifts,
• Good organizational and communication skills,
• Good ability to work under pressure,
• Planning & coordination with multicultural environment,

DESCRIPTION

• Monitor the actions necessary to comply with the environmental conditions of the licenses;
• Monitor and respond to audits and monitor inspections by environment bodies;
• Monitor and collect measurement of effluents for laboratory analysis;
• Responsible for the operation of environment area facilities
• Manage the indicator of the unit’s environment route, performing critical analysis
• Follow technical standards, procedures and work instructions, ensuring the presence of instructions Carry out a critical analysis of environment indicators and manage the action plan;
• Train and guide the target audience regarding Environment Route
• Evaluate CAPEX projects from an environmental perspective;
• Support technically the application of integrated practices concerning Yield, Quality, Productivity and HSE (Health Safety Environment);
• Disseminate best practices;
• Assist in the preparation and apply technical trainings;
• Support the implement of maintenance routines in equipment regarding environment;
• Comply with HSE norms, instructions and safe working procedures;
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems;
• Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures;
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures;
• Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety;
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments;
• Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues.
