•Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree, International Trade, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Import & Export or Logistics

•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Import Department

•English (written and oral)

•Living in Bandırma

•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

•Knowledge on Customs Legislation

•Payment terms and Delivery terms

•Excellent communication Skills

•Excellent in change management, strong organizational and planning skills

•Computer Skills – Office and ERP system.

İŞ TANIMI

• After the procurement of the goods, the Import Analyst will be responsible for all the procedures of import activities until the goods are delivered to the plants.
• The Import Analyst is responsible for the performance of the operations that are under their responsibility and additional responsibilities in compliance with the legislations / local laws and rules
• Organize the information flow with the seller of the product, customs broker, shipping agent, banks and land transportation agent.
• Supply and control the import documents issued by the supplier for the products which will be imported, inform the supplier if there is any missing document or any amendment is needed before the goods arrive to TR
• Follow up and organize the orders to the suppliers and arranges / follow up the transportation organization
• Follow up the arrival of the goods and the shipping documents
• Sends all shipping docs received to the customs broker in order to make the customs clearance
• Plan and follow up the payments for the products.
• After the goods arrive, follow up the discharge of the goods and port operations , coordinates the customs clearance and payment of the fees.
• Controlling the invoices received from the service providers (e.g.: customs broker, shipping agents, transporter companies, warehouses, etc.) and handling the invoices to accounting dept on time.
• Coordination between internal departments (Finance, Accounting)
• Developing and implementing effective systems and procedures to ensure flawless execution
• Following import regulation changes and taking actions according to these changes.
• Prepares and provides the necessary monthly & weekly reports in his/her area of responsibility
