The Laboratory Coordinator will be responsible for a team of laboratories and will report to the Quality Management, part of the VP of Quality.
Managing all labs. (Food Labs/Agro Labs/Feed Labs) in Bandırma, İzmir, Elazığ, Kizad.
Managing quality management systems in Labs. (ISO 9001,... etc.)
Intending and performing ISO 17025 Lab. Accreditation in labs.
Technically supporting the Quality and Production team about results coming from the labs.
Managing people and performing training for lab crew.
Coordinating and attending audit for labs.
Checking lab procedures and instructions to control lab operations.
Investigating new technologies, innovations to perform right analysis in right time.
Participating and validating investment projects.
Ensuring the implementation of the corporate standards and current legislation.
Managing budget of the labs.
Checking and managing the lab KPIs.
Making critical analysis of indicators, action plans and determine actions with responsible areas
Quality management system;

Attend Unit and Corporate meetings;
Technically support the Quality and Production team;
Direct and validate the preparation and review of procedures and documents about analysis;
Implementation accreditation process and procedures;
Interfaces with process leaders;
Raise, participate and validate investment projects;
Ensure the implementation of the Corporate Standards and current legislation;
Act with autonomy and exemption exercising its veto power;
Apply consequence policy;
Knowledge of Laboratory Management;
Control of internal analysis and procedures standards;
Knowledge of legislation, certification standards and customer requirements;
Knowledge of the production chain;
Office Package Knowledge;
Knowledge in Goal Management, KPI's, Company Structure
- Bachelor degree in the area of food or correlated or Graduate in the area (Food Eng and Veterinary).
- Required knowledge of English
