Maintenance and Utilities Manager - Elazığ

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related areas,
• English : Fluent (Advanced Level),
• Minimum 10 years in the field of Maintenance ,
• Preferably Experience of Maintenance in Food Industry,
• Hands on experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Process and Food Equipment.
• Experience in Development and Implementation of Maintenance Plan,
• Understanding & application of problem solving tools (TPM, PDCA Techniques)
• Knowledge on Food technology & Food safety,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel&PowerPoint),
• Strong Knowledge  in maintenance of industrial equipment,
• Proactive, take initiative,
• Flexibility in working hours and travels,
• Good in planning, coordination, and communication skills,
• Willing to Live in Elazığ or Living in Elazığ.

Main Responsibilities :

• Guarantee the integrity of the assets (equipment and facilities) preserving their original performance, quality, and safety conditions
• Manage the process, managing the results regarding aspects of quality, service, productivity, costs, energy efficiency, personnel motivation, health, safety and environment
• Standardize the procedures of the maintenance team
• Control the collection of technical documentation, tools, equipment instruments and maintenance devices, ensuring their conservation and traceability
• Ensure the implementation and adherence of the maintenance and utilities standards in the unit
• Ensure compliance with the legal requirements established in the company's determinations
• Management of the area in compliance with the company's compliance policy
• Training all the team about the standards maintenance
• Attracting, developing and retaining talents in the areas of Maintenance
• Implement maintenance routines in your area of responsibility
• Guarantee cold, water, energy and steam supply
• Manage the maintenance and utilities cost of the unit
• Guarantee the compliance with the safety and environment standards (HSE)
• Manage utilities and maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
• Guarantee in the unit the implementation and adhesion to the maintenance standards
• Responsible for the maintenance availability and maintenance costs of the unit
• Devote particular attention to asset integrity maintenance in which it operates preserving its original design conditions in both performance and safety
• Control the tools, equipment, instruments and devices for Maintenance
• Perform the adequacy and improvement of facilities necessary for activities under their responsibility (workshops, offices, external areas)
• Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
• Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments
• Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues
