R&D Packaging Senior Analyst

OBJECTIVE

• Develop packaging of new products in FPP and Slaughterhouses
• Lead the Saving, Improvement, Innovation FPP an in-Natura Packaging projects in Turkey
• Identify opportunities and solutions for packaging process
• Develop packaging suppliers
• Guarantee that BRF products will be produce according the Legislation of Turkey
• Follow the startup of production lines (packaging area)
• Participate together with Engineering in decisions about purchase of packaging equipment, packaging process and production lines
• Prepare technological specs of packages
• New Product packaging planning and development in FPP (further processed products) and in natura based packages
• Exist products packaging development, looking for alternatives and implementing solutions that allows the production and commercialization of the product
• Coordinate activities of improvements inside the factory based on packages
• Coordinate and participate in activities to develop alternative suppliers, tests in pilot scale, analyzing results
• Leads projects to reduce cost of packs
• Technical support to graphic design department
• Supporting the finance department for the calculation of packaging costs
• Preparing packing specifications
• Support the production and technical unit in the selection of packaging machines and packaging equipment

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree in Food and/or Chemical Engineering
• Advanced in English (written and oral)
• Experienced in Packaging Development

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of packaging.
• Multinational company experience is a plus
• Proven ability to multi task and drive key projects with strong team spirit
• Advanced user of MS Office-Excel & Power point
