QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering fields,
• 3 years experience in similar positions,
• Fluent English (written & oral),
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools and other programmes related with the field,
• Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
• Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner,
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Eagerness to learn and improve her/himself,
• Planning & coordination with multicultural environment,
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence,
• Good communication skills,
• Flexibility in working hours and different shifts.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintain supply of chilled water, energy and steam,
• Provide the integrity of the assets (equipment and facilities) and keep their original performance, quality, and safety conditions,
• Manage the utilities and maintenance costs,
• Comply with the corporate maintenance guidelines,
• Ensure that team members comply with the unit standards,
• Implement maintenance routines in his/her area of responsibility,
• Responsible for utilities shutdown,
• Ensure the compliance with the health, safety and environment standards (HSE),
• Manage utilities and maintenance performance indicators (KPIs),
• Control the tools, equipments, instruments and devices for maintenance,
• Use of personal protective equipment and safety systems,
• Become familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures,
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments,
• Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues,
• Work to build a team with talented people at Maintenance and Utilities, and improve their skills.
