QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineeringor related areas
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field Utilities
• English (required) 
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
• Excellent command of concepts and application of Efficiency and maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective)
• Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
• Strong knowledge on maintenance of industrial equipment
• Management and Leadership skills
• Team player
• Problem solver
• Proactive, take initiative
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the develop your team, manage resources and solve the problems
• Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner
• Flexibility in working hours and different shifts
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Good ability to work under pressure
• Planning & coordination with multicultural environment
• Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity
• Experience on boiler, ammonia, compressors, condensers, pumps, valves and pressure vessels
• Willing to Live in Bandırma.

• Manage the field utilities team with the follow responsibilities
• Guarantee cold, water, energy and steam supply
• Guarantee the integrity of the assets (equipment and facilities) preserving their original performance, quality, and safety conditions
• Manage the utilities cost of the area
• Manage the maintenance cost of the area
• Responsible for the utilities availability of the area
• Training all the team about the standards utilities procedures
• Training all the team about the standards maintenance
• Attracting, developing and retaining talents in the areas of Maintenance
• Implement maintenance routines in your area of responsibility
• Guarantee the compliance with the safety and environment standards (HSE)
• Manage utilities and maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
• Control the tools, equipment, instruments and devices for Maintenance
• Comply with corporate maintenance guidelines
• Guarantee in the unit the implementation and adhesion to the maintenance standards
• Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
• Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments
• Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues.
