REQUIREMENTS

·         Graduated in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related areas.

·         English : Upper Intermediate Level    

·         Minimum 2 years of experience as engineer

·         Strong Management and Leadership skills.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the develop your team, manage resources 

·         Strong knowledge on maintenance of industrial equipment,

·         Knowledge of steam, valves, screw conveyors, pumps, reducers, pressure vessels, pressurized air, working principles of mechanical parts, basic electricity knowledge are preferred.

·         Excellent command of concepts and application of Efficiency and maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective);

·         Understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).

·         Flexibility in working hours and different shifts;

·         Good organizational and communication skills;

·         Good ability to work under pressure;

·         Planning & coordination with multicultural environment;

·         Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity.

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

·         Manage Operational & Maintenance processes of Rendering and WWTP in İzmir;

·         Comply Rendering's and WWTP’s operational procedures;

·         Manage the Rendering and WWTP cost of the area (direct and indirect cost);

·         Guarantee sustainability of rendering production process at the responsible area in terms of operational and maintenance sides.

·         Guarantee sustainability of discharge’s conforming results from WWTP at the responsible area in terms of operational and maintenance sides.

·         Guarantee the integrity of the assets (equipment and facilities) preserving their original performance, quality, and safety conditions, in the Rendering and WWTP facilities;

·         Training all the team about the standards in Rendering and WWTP process procedures;

·         Training all the team about the standards maintenance;

·         Attracting, developing and retaining talents in the areas of Maintenance & Operation of Rendering and WWTP;

·         Implement maintenance routines in his/her area of responsibility;

·         Guarantee the compliance with the safety and environment standards (HSE);

·         Control the tools, equipment, instruments and devices for Maintenance

·         Comply with corporate maintenance & Utilities guidelines;

·         Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures

·         Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety

·         Assist with the preparation of risk assessments

·         Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues.

·         Minimizing energy consumptions on his/her responsible facilities.

·         Execute the actions necessary to comply with the environmental conditions of the licenses;

·         Monitor and respond to audits and monitor inspections by environment autorities;

·         Monitor measurement of effluents for laboratory analysis;

·         Support technically the application of integrated practices concerning Yield, Quality, Productivity and HSE (Health Safety Environment);

·         Manage conformably disposal of wastes from WWTP and Rendering plants according to the environment regulations if it is necessary.

·         Provide stock movements on SAP between rendering production, temporary and final warehouses.

·         Using SAP/PM module according to the guideline of BRF Maintenance Management.
