QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must; Economics or Business Administration or Industrial / Management Engineering or Human Resources or Social Sciences is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition, Sourcing and Recruiting Experience),
- Recruiting experience for positions in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Expert level knowledge in candidate attraction and relationship building and excellent at building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- A strong process orientation with the goal of implementing or developing best practices into the talent acquisition function
- Strong analytical skills with passion for research, data and creative approach to sourcing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
- Works with senior management, HR Managers and HC team to develop yearly staffing plans, workforce planning strategies and search assignments
- Positive mind-set, supportive and friendly profile, who believes in diversity, simplicity and are driven, self-motivated and competent in agile learning and leading change,
- Strong command of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
- Good knowledge of Labour Law and Personal Data Protection legislation is a plus,
- No military obligation for male candidates
