QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a talented Export Representative to join our esteemed company, Başboğa Çadır Branda. With a rich history dating back to 1974, we specialize in the design and manufacture of industrial tents and have become a well-known name in the industry.

As an Export Representative, your primary responsibility will be to market and sell our products in the French speaking countries. Your fluency in French and English will be essential in effectively communicating with potential clients and establishing strong relationships. You will actively seek out new customers, build and expand our customer base, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the French and Arabic speaking regions, identifying new market opportunities and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within these regions.
  • Actively engage in networking activities, attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to customers in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

What sets us apart is our unique compensation package. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an uncapped commission structure based on sales performance. This means your earning potential can range between 240K - 480K per annum, providing you with both financial stability and unlimited growth opportunities.
