QUALIFICATIONS

Strategic and Operational Responsibilities:

•  Order processing of all transaction type orders andorder confirmations to customers.
•  Order Backlog Management.
•  Proactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments.
•  Preparation and organization of any kind of necessary license and registration documents to have the orders released.
•  Receivables Management: Monitoring customer over dues, resolving account and pricing queries together with AR.
•  Follow up of the transport phases from the system and also with the local agencies of the carriers and keeping the customers updated
•  Follow up of the documentation andmanaging the corrections if needed
•  Posting of the docs to the customer or to the bank as per the payment term
•  Process Non Conformances (NCM) as agreed with the related Sales Dept.
•  Regular information exchange with sales departments
•  Files all relevant documents

• Communication with the customers / colleagues in order to maintain and sustain good relations
• Active representation of BASF’s interests.
• Setting an example and communicating to corporate values and principles of the BASF Group.
• Contribution to maintaining the long-term competitiveness of the BASF Group.
• Actively participate in Monthly Sales Management Meetings

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong interpersonal/organizational skills
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of SAP OTC and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate Customer Focus: Asks questions to find out and to explore the real needs of customers and creates a personal atmosphere that goes beyond the pure sales talk.
