Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Customer Services, Supply Chain experience is an asset
• Experience in SAP and MS Office Applications
• Fluent in English, German is an asset
• Strong interpersonal/organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a team

Job Description:

• Take full ownership/responsibility and ensure that all back-office processes from customer order receipt to payment receipt.
• Customer contact person.
• Order processing of all transaction type orders and order confirmations to customers.
• Order Backlog Management.
• Proactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments.
• Preparation and organization of any kind of necessary license and registration documents to have the orders released.
• Follow up of the transport phases from the system and with the local agencies of the carriers and keeping the customers updated.
• Follow up of the documentation and managing the corrections if needed.
• Posting of the docs to the customer or to the bank as per the payment term.
• Process Non-Conformances (NCM) as agreed with the related Sales Departments.
• Regular information exchange with Sales Departments.
• Files all relevant documents.
• Responsible for monthly sales forecast for Turkey and Middle East customers.
• Steering the monthly forecasting process, e.g. collecting the sales forecast in alignment with sales acount managers.
• Analysis of the accuracy of the data, and challenging data quality.
• Providing the forecasting figures to central planning teams via APO DP-
• Generating input on volumes for regional marketing and product management to the monthly financial forecasting, and reflecting on deviations.
