JOB DESCRIPTION

• First internal external contact for RA questions in the country / region.
• Ensure products marketed in the region and related countries are in compliance with local regulations.
• Life cycle management of registrations: Country / regional registration monitoring, planning, submission and follow up of regulations with ministry of health, food and agriculture.
• Responsible for all registration activities in the region / country where direct authority contact is necessary and documentation in local language have to be generated.
• Legal Monitoring: communication to the regulatory community, detect trends, support strategy development and ensure license to operate.
• Interaction with stakeholders.
• Training of internal people.
• Marketing support (e.g. strategy and workshops on regulatory topics).
• Advocacy: Representation of BASF in Pharma, Human Health/Performance Ingredients and Nutrition in industry associations, authorities and customers.
