Technical Sales Support Specialist - Şanlıurfa

• University degree in Agricultural Engineering (Preferably in Plant Protection or Field Crops)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agricultural sector
• Excellent work organization and flexibility
• Very good communication & presentation skills
• Knowledge in plant protection, plant production and farm management
• Knowledge about planning, conduction and evaluataion of field trials
• Ability to set up good relation with customers
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Local language -> fluent
• English -> Intermediate

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Technical support and know how transfer to: Operative Sales (recommendations, complaint management) & Operative Marketing (product positioning, spray programs, premarketing)
• Write Tech articles, local disease/crop status reports, ProPlant evaluations
• Run demo trials (own/contractors): Product launch activities; Product efficacy (BASF vs competition);
• Spray programs;  Seed varieties
• Plan, organize and execute field days
• Participate regional customer meetings
• Technical Presentation on customer meetings
• Plan and keep technical market support budget
• Ensure know how transfer and information exchange with technical managers and field technicians
• Be key account for all types of regional advisors (independent, retailers & state)
• Visit big farms together with Sales Executives
