QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bastak Group;

It is a group of companies, with 260 employees, in business a total of 6 sectors, including laboratory equipment production, Energy, Defence, Foreign trade, Licensed Warehouse and Laboratory services. Bastak Teknoloji Sistemleri Company has the first and only R&D centre certificate approved by the TC Ministry of Industry. It currently exports the high-tech devices to 132 countries. More than 20,000 Bastak devices have been using in the world and the Turkish Flag is flying in all over the world. In addition, the Expert Laboratory Company is the first and only Authorized Classifier Company approved by the TC Ministry of Commerce and classifies 2.5 million tons of Grains, Legumes and Oilseeds annually on behalf of the state according to their quality. Alınteri Licensed Warehouse has a storage capacity of 39.000 tons. Solarray Energy, on the other hand, has a 2.6 Megawatt Solar Energy facility.

 

General Qualifications:
Speaking fluently in one of the followings: English,French,Spanish or Arabic
- At least 5 years of experience in international sales, international travels, export-import documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.) and government fair incentives
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Being very successful in human communication and a very good teammate
Preferably a second language 
- Strong corporate representation competence in foreign customer relations
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- No barriers to travel abroad
- Male candidates should be completed their military service

Job description:

- Regularly participating in fairs abroad, visiting existing and potential customers
- To be able to manage existing customer relations and create a new customer portfolio with market, customer and competitor analysis
- Determine sales targets in the countries or regions he is responsible for and realize these targets with customers and dealers.
- Working in coordination with the export-import, operations, finance and logistics departments to ensure the smooth completion of the sale

- Working in harmony with the company personnel and presenting reports to the company management at regular intervals.
