Maintenance Manager

British American Tobacco is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team from Samsun, Turkey! 

Qualifications: 

• University Degree 
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in an engineering background 
• Experienced on a medium sized shop floor team management 
• Computer Skills (MS Office, SAP, MS Project) 
• Fluent in spoken and written English 
• Have knowledge about TPM (total productive management), Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Tools Strong project management skills 
• Good communication skills to effectively articulate and resolve technical issues

Job Description: 

• Manage Plant Maintenance team & Subassembly Workshop which has members such as supervisors, maintenance planners, technicians and operators. 
• Manage the execution and the tracking of yearly plant maintenance plan and make sure that the process is followed on time and in full with a cost effective approach. 
• Manage the operational revenue budget which covers all costs related to the production departments. 
• Responsible for Factory Project Management Key Performance Indicators. 
• Support the Production Engineering manager in terms of Progressive Maintenance Pillar works. 
• Develop maintenance processes and procedures. 
• Prepare technical reports and analysis about the spare part consumption, performed planned maintenance, breakdown and stops. 
• Manage the contact with the OEM and the contractors in terms of improvement projects. 
• Support initiatives to reduce or optimize the project management cost. 
• Regularly engage with BAT’s external partners/suppliers to build effective partnerships and drive the future required capabilities.
