QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable, MBA degree is an asset

·Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources function

·Proactive, detail oriented and able to work both as part of a team and individually

·Can work under pressure, is conscientious about deadlines and meeting them

·Good communications skills, written and oral; empathic personality

·Strong desire to learn and ability to work with multi-tasking

·Can relate to people at all levels of an organization

·Strong ‘customer first’ focus

·Self-Motivated and performance driven

·Numerate and analytical

·Good MS Office applications knowledge

·Proactive, with keen ability to anticipate needs and responsive on timely

·Flexible and adaptable; ability to shift focus and priorities easily and quickly

·Highly organized, with consistent follow-through; ability to multi-task and effectively balance priorities

·Demonstrate ‘can do’ attitude

·Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

·Acts as an active member of the Turkey HR team to build lasting and trusting relationships.

·Coordinate with payroll company and ensure employee data is up to date and accurate.

·Follow-up employee leaves of absences, and track records.

·Ensure HR systems functioning properly.

·Responsible for maintaining HR processes and tools, like Workday.

·Utilizes the HRMS (Workday) to its full potential including reporting.

·Implements all HR policies and procedures in areas of responsibility.

·Implements and supports staffing and talent initiatives (interviewing, advertising, MAP Monthly Approval Processes, career planning, and succession planning).

·Supports and coordinates specific training and development activities at the individual, team or business unit level (i.e. induction, launching new development tools).

·Maintains a fully up-to-date knowledge of Turkish employment law and applies this knowledge appropriately.

·Coordinates payroll activities with payroll company, prepares monthly HR reports and input for HR budget and salary reviews for his/ her accounts.

·Closely involved in the Performance Management process in the company, to assist in its implementation and follow up activities including performance planning, objective setting and the identification of training needs.

·Intranet updates and related tasks.

·Be the point of entry for any employee who requires assistance on HR matters or have HR related grievances.

·Provides general guidance to Baxter employees and provides appropriate follow-up support.

·Supports line managers in change management and implements activities assigned.
