Qualifications

The Market Access Specialist will take on the responsibility of driving and developing the market access activities in Turkey to motivate profitable and timely access to Baxter products and therapies, as well as to promote and defend the financial interets of our respective commercial operations. We are looking for a Market Access Specialist to be employed for 10 months at Baxter Turkey with following qualifications:

• 2-4 years market access experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry (including consultancy organizations)

• Have a university degree of preferably Economics, BA, Engineering

• Have experience on Turkish market access environment (deep knowledge and experience about pricing and reimbursement regulations in Turkey such as pricing application, reimbursement dossier preparation, submitting dossiers and following up the process)

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Strong skills in strategic planning, conflict management and communication

• Having analytical and business oriented approach

• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel)

• No travel restriction

Job Description

• Ensures implementation of pricing policies and strategies to achieve market access at optimal prices and accomplish all task related with it

• Manages prices per changes in pricing environment and proactively monitors pricing and reimbursement trends across reference countries for pricing forecasts

• Prepares medical device and pharmaceutical reimbursement dossier by local data production and adaptation of global value dossier

• Collabrates with other fuctions in launch readiness process of the pipeline products

• Prepares necessary documents to support assessment of the value argumentation of our products to payers

• Aligns all line functions involved in delivering the value proposition

• Anticipates changes in the political landscape that impact customer business strategies, competitor activities and generates awareness within the company

• Supports sales team about the reimbursement implantations in case of reimbursement problems communicated by customers

• Analyses the new publications and researches related to our products and competitor products
