QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Who you are
- 2 year Vocational School or 4 year University Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position preferably in multinational medical device or pharma companies
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good MS Office applications knowledge, JD Edwards user knowledge is an asset
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written along with proven ability to implement change
- Must be able to prioritize and manage a number of ongoing issues, meet deadlines, and communicate with senior management
- Strong analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets and word processing applications required
- Must be able to work both dependently and independently
- No travel restrictions
- Fluency in English
- No military obligation for male candidates

The Job Summary
This role is responsible for issuing invoices, coordinating the work flows between customer operations and commercial teams and order management. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling invoicing and ordering processing tasks and will be able to work with Customer Services team. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy challenges of supporting the operations department
The job as Customer Service Coordinator at Baxter is a great opportunity to develop your professional career in our customer operations area. You will be responsible for;
- Coordination of commercial order management process
- Issue invoices and track invoicing from private and state hospitals
- Upload information to JDE customer ops module
- Perform data quality assurance and maintenance
- Maintain data base and ensure consistency
- Placing the orders and track replenishment effectively and efficiently
- Receive and process customer orders
- Control customer accounts, track changes and reconcile
- Ensure smooth customer operations for stakeholders by constant support and needed

Finally you will report to the Customer Operations Manager.
