Oil & Gas Trade Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

·       Manage all steps of oil and gas operations.

·       Responsible for all logistics management, documentation and understanding of supply optimization.

·       To work closely with supplier, agent, buyer for smooth loading and discharging; issuance of documentary/ shipping instructions with various stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, banks, owner/ brokers.

·       To support traders on vetting supplier/buyer’s contracts, and delivery of excellent service to business partners.

·       To follow andcoordinate all steps with finance, treasury, banks, traders, shipping team, suppliers, agents, owner/ brokers, buyers for smooth trade operations

Requirement

·       Graduated from International Trade , Economics , Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields of a Reputable University.

·       Min. 2 years of experience in trade or supply operations.

·       Knowledge of all details oil and gas shipments.

·       Knowledge of freight, demurrage, inspection, insurance operations

·       Fluent in written and spoken English

·       Working knowledge of ERP software program

·       Very good knowledge of MS Office.

·       Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.

·       Located in Istanbul

·       Completed military service for male candidates.
