QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from International Trade , Economics , Business Administration , Industrial Engineering or related fields of a Reputable University.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Trade Operations.
• Considerable knowledge of UCP 600, Incoterms 2020 , Bill of lading Terms & Conditions , International Invoicing Practices, Chartering and Shipping Terms.
• Advanced Proficiency in English language. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Having Experience on ERP systems
• Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent planning & time management skills,analytical thinking & problem – solving skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, team player, flexible, stress tolerant and hard working.
• Located in Istanbul
• Completed military service for male candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all steps of Trade operations.
• Daily contact with Suppliers, Customers, Shipping Agents etc for documentation issues regarding international shipments and responsible for timely preparation of import – export documentation.
• To work closely with traders on vetting suppliers/customers Contracts and delivery of excellent service to business partners.
• To follow and coordinate all steps with finance, treasury , banks , traders , shipping team , suppliers , agents , owner/brokers and buyers for smooth trade operation.
