Ophthalmology Project Manager

• University graduate in either Science (preferably from life sciences) or Business (i.e. Business Administration, Engineering); MBA preferred
• Preferably minimum 1 year of related experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
• Strategic-minded, analytical, researcher, customer oriented, quality-oriented
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team work and project management skills
• Good intellectual ability both numerically and verbally
• Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate pro-activity
• Fluency in both written and spoken English (at least intermediate level)
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel
• Driving license

İŞ TANIMI

• Identify the needs of the ophthalmology / retina clinics together with the related sales rep by closely monitoring the patient flow
• Design a model to answer the needs of the clinic by using the global tools, best practices or by working together with the consulting firms based on the magnitude of the need inline with KAM approach
• Give support to the clinic during the implementation phase, prioritize the actions and support in persuading the related stakeholders in executing the action plans. Nurture effective partnership working relationships with key opinion leaders and other strategic stakeholders
• Manage the processes supporting the clinical optimization projects, collaborate with internal functions across the organization to ensure effective delivery of objectives 
• Draw out best practices and worst practices amongst ophthalmology / retina clinics and from global, update the ophthalmology team on new approaches of patient diagnosis and treatment
• Support marketing in planning and executing projects in the field within the specified timeline and budget
• Give active support to the projects done for Eylea by other functions (e.g. Advocacy, etc.); work effectively and efficiently with the internal parties
