• Min.10 year of experience in sales management, min. 5 years experience in Key Account Management preferably Perfumery & Online Channels in FMCG or OTC companies

Job Description

• Define the right customer, right product, financial and coverage model for non pharmacy channels through a true CVM process & competition benchmarking
• Set the correct GTM direction for non pharmacy channels focusing on in store executional standards - MSL, Primary & Secondary shelf guidelines as well as joint business planning
• Determine the right channel activation strategy with the aim of expanding both distribution and opening up white space opportunities
• Support the Leadership Team in determining the channel growth model with regard to portfolio & channel mix
• Define the correct gross to net & investment strategy & guidelines for non pharmacy channels
• Lead the joint business plan linking ATL & BTL activities with clear focus in excellence in execution
• Be an active member of S&OP team ensuring challenging forecasts
• Challenge the existing status quo if required to deliver the necessary activity to drive growth
