QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·       5-8 years past experience in Trade Marketing or Shopper Marketing and Key Account Management in an FMCG company is essential, experience also in Pharmacy Channel is preferred.

·       Energetic, agile, self-sufficient and dynamic person with strong organizational skills;

·       Able to respond quickly to high-reaching context

·       Bias for action & willingness to excel in quality of output

·       Highly organized with prioritization skills and strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent presentation skill

·       Strong Analytical Skills & Good with Numbers/Excel

·       Good communication and collaboration

 

 Job Description

 

·       Manage the Trade/Customer Marketing activities include category management and in-store activation

·       Plan for Trade Operations and Visibility & Roll-Out for Mass Market

·       Competition activities monitoring, market analyses; market visits

·       Translation & commercialization of national activities & tailoring to customer activation

·       Conduct periodic tracking on distribution, placement, pricing and competitors' activities via monthly store check or retail audit.

·       Drive and follow promo plan and portfolio management and evaluation of effectiveness of promo activities (sellout/SOM impact);

·       Converts the strategy into strong and specific action plans, monitors progress of these plans and acts as the category expert both internally in the business and with the retailer in order to add maximum value to the company and the retailer’s business;

·       Using data & insight, pro-actively optimize assortment ranging, distribution, shelving and go to market plans within company’s customers and report on performance of (retailer) categories to identify issues and opportunities and recommend subsequent actions to maximize category performance;

·       To provide specific merchandising recommendations and conducting non promotional in-store initiatives which maximize sales performance for our brands and the category in line with agreed business objectives and category management objectives;

·       To proactively identify new opportunities for category development projects with the aim of keeping company at the forefront of category thinking and regarded as “Category Management partner of choice in Skin Care Products
