• University degree from a reputable university (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Production Engineering preferred)

• Preferably 1-3 years of related experience in planning, procurement, supply chain management or logistics.

• Knowledge of Demand management/forecasting tools, forecasting processes in Sales, Marketing operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain issues

• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus

• Strong communication skill

• Good command of English

• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially MS Excel & VBA

• SAP system experience (ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus)

Job Description

• To analyze and plan the optimum stock levels based on demand from Business in order to prepare production plans for the locally produced items on monthly basis, opening orders and supplying on time.

• To lead monthly Demand Review meetings, discuss forecast and supply issues, take actions accordingly for timely delivery to avoid stock outs and bottleneck situation. To recommend adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in the demand and market trends

• To consolidate the requirements and forecasts of the related business unit for the next 36 months and upload the data to SAP system, follow up the supply flow, ensure timely and delivery of required quantity from Supply Centers under the VMI concept

• Ensure control of the flow of goods from the Supply Center to the warehouse and customers. To coordinate VAS process at the Third party sales warehouse

• To play active role in new product launch and replacement processes to co-ordinate supply planning in order to achieve on time go live. Work in close cooperation with CMOs, External Manufacturing, Business, Procurement and Quality for ongoing operations as well as change and improvement projects
