• University degree from Industrial/Management Engineering departments of a reputable university 
• At least 2 years related work experience in logistics or supply chain management 
• Strong project management capabilities to manage a complex project landscape and experience of implementing project management methodologies (PMP, Prince 2) is a plus 
• Strong leadership skills to solve conflicting interests and to ensure the engagement of employees in projects, ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations 
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, to develop and implement action plans, and to increase operating efficiencies 
• Excellent ability to use MS Office Applications is a must and ability to use Project Management Tools is a plus 
• High analytical and organizational skills, willing to take initiative 
• Fluent command of both written and spoken English 

Job Description

• Understand the needs and breakthrough solutions about Supply Chain Processes. 
• Lead to create “Supply Chain Excellence Projects Portfolio” in accordance with strategy of Supply Chain Department in yearly basis and monitor the portfolio with project owners throughout the year. 
• Look for global and local opportunities, best practices and solutions for the projects that in the Supply Chain Excellence Projects Portfolio and take own initiatives in keeping himself/herself updated within the latest technology in his/her area of expertise. 
• Constantly harmonize and optimize Supply Chain processes, procedures and tools based on appropriate KPI metrics and business needs, market trends and feedback out of the business regarding the own process.
• Analyse supply chain processes and identify losses, present recommendations and perform corrective actions accordingly to meet business needs. 
• Research and evaluate trends, and present suggestions on ways to improve them and doing benchmak with leading companies of the sector. 
• Design and develop new management reports by extracting and integrating data from various systems and responsible for the execution of existing ones in defined periods to target groups
