-          Bachelor’s degree within Business Administration, Foreign Trade or similar fields,

-          2-3 years of experience in a related business field,

-          Written and verbal communication skills in English,

-          Open communication, teamwork and strong company culture,

JOB DESCRIPTION

-          Coordination between warehouse, planning and production teams to ensure internal operations are carried out efficiently,

-          Inquiring the best offer of freight and arranging loading date,

-         Responsible for customs operations. Preparing custom documentation to the related parties such as customs broker, forwarder, and the customers,

-          Booking for loading organization  with forwarder.

-          Keep close track of sales reports of each account to drive business and

 marketing insights,

-          Manage and follow up all B2B operations end to end.
