Supply Chain and QA/QC Manager (Minimum 3 Years of Experience)

We are looking for a Supply Chain and QA/QC Manager for our organization that will be based in Bursa/Turkey. Regarding our JV Partnership we are one of well-known global supplier for Tower and Nacelle Internals of Wind Energy Business.

The Manager is responsible of managing the procurement process and warehouse activities and relationships with the vendors to provide equipment, materials and services to achieve best value for money and for all procurement activities related with supply chain optimization. Manages all kind of procurement transactions including contracts, warehouse, operations of logistics, customs, export and import, also QA/QC operations of before and after sales.

·         Minimum 3 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, QA/QC and warehouse management. (Preferably in energy market and/or electrical&electromechanical organizations)

·         Advanced knowledge and practice on Warehouse, Stock Management, Internal&External Logistics and Quality Control Management

·         Advanced knowledge on Contract Administration.

·         Understanding of Procurement best practices.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills

·         Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·         PC proficient with strong experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

·         SAP knowledge (preferable)

·         University Graduate with technical background (Preferably in Electrical&Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering,Materials Sciences and Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with relevant&proven experiences)

·         Proficiency in English (Advanced or at least C1-C2 Level) and Turkish

• Determining supplier selection according to price, quality, capacity, technology, production efficiency, market place, environmental understanding, references, general management resources, time and cost.

• Develops and manages contractors to minimize costs and maximize value.

• Develops strategies and manages their delivery to release savings.

• Takes corrective actions in case of non-compliance.

• Ensures procurement requests are met on time.

• Manages supplier evaluation process.

• Manages the preparation and execution of procurement contracts taking legal advice from company lawyers.

• Manages export/imports in coordination with customs agencies.

• Develops and maintains relationship with both local and international suppliers and subcontractors.

• Manages warehouse to achieve maximum efficiency and order.

• Ensures all contractual terms are met on time by the counterparts.

• Ensures business risks are covered by the contractual terms and conditions.

• Coordinates the activities of suppliers to ensure that they pay attention to quality, environment, protection and occupational safety expected by the Company.

• Reviews reporting to management and group on time.

• Estimates risks and coordinates with risk management function.

• Implements Internal Audit recommendations as agreed.

• Prepares documentation, requirements for insurance schemes.

• Adaptation capacity global environment working discipline and construct bridge between the cultures.

• Ensures compliance with local and world-wide regulations and legislations.
