QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. 

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Min 7 years key account selling experience, preferably in a startup environment
  • Professional presence required and ability to effectively interface with business owners & executives. This requires strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong listening skills, ensuring success as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients;
  • Diverse experience networking and prospecting using social media, service organizations, cold calling, and other sales skills to help achieve revenue goals;
  • Outstanding presentation, communication & negotiation skills;
  • Highly self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, creative, and result oriented.
  • Being fluent in English

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage big deals directly,
  • Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI’s and Sales targets.
  • Sell our product over the phone, face- to-face as well as online
  • Participate in strategic deals in your region
  • Maintain records of contacts & accounts and use the CRM system
  • Manage relationships with existing client base, driving account usage and actively developing opportunities to expand within existing clients
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis,
  • Bring in your own ideas to optimize the sales processes, the customer experience and to reach the targets.
  • Coordination & Execution of Customer Visits
  • Management of customer relationships
  • Reporting activities in daily, weeky and monthly basis
