Our company has production and sales activities with 13 companies in 9 countries and we are looking for Logistics and Operations Manager to be employed at our Istanbul Sisli location;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities
• Advanced level of English
• Has a high level of leadership, management and coordination skills,
• Logistics and Warehouse Operations management 10 years of experience, (preferably with industrial experience)
• Will be able to report on analysis related to its field,
• Export / import operations experienced in the operation of processes and documentation,
• Advanced communication skills, experienced in team management,
• Foresight and analysis, planning skills improved,
• Solution-oriented, which can take quick action, with commercial competence, Experienced in international contracts, payment in international trade, delivery methods
• Without a travel barrier

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•  Management / control / reporting of all in-warehouse processes within the daily business plan, carrying out operational activities (stocking, product preparation, shipment, return, product acceptance, all entry-exit movements) and contract logistics operations,
• Preparing daily-weekly-monthly shipping plans taking into account customer demands,
• Establishing the logistics infrastructure, carrying out studies on stock management and tracking, • Equipment advice that will provide cost and improvement advantages in warehouse processes / researching different business process applications and reporting to the senior management,
• Ensuring that all activities in storage processes are carried out within operational excellence and profitability,
• To effectively monitor the quality of operations, warehouse stock management and shipment activities
• Planning the shipment of orders according to customer deadlines, reservation of shipping vehicles and preparation of the relevant shipping documents using software,
• Organizing and managing all kinds of operational processes for the delivery of goods shipped abroad within the scope of export to customers by land, sea and air logistics vehicles,
• Ensuring the management of processes to ensure the most suitable delivery conditions in approved orders and contracts,
• Logistics planning and organizing with factory production planning,
• Negotiating with service providers and getting price offers, cooperating with the most suitable supplier,
• Coordination management, follow-up, training and development of the team affiliated to it,
• Annual budgets; Coordinating with customer expectations and finance,
• Carrying out operational activities by ensuring the regular and continuous operation of all warehouse activities
