Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English language and literature, Translation and Interpretation, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising materials.

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English & Turkish

• Today's digital landscape, proficiency in AI tools is an essential qualification.

• Candidates should be experienced in utilizing AI writing assistants such as GPT-4, Grammarly, JasperAI and QuillBot to generate and optimize content.

• Proven track record of crafting compelling, persuasive copy that drives engagement and conversions.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms. (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SERP Analysis Tools)

• Deep understanding and expertise in SEO, particularly On-Page SEO: The candidate should be proficient in using on-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility, including keyword research and optimization, meta tag optimization, URL structure, internal linking, and understanding of schema markup.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, social media, and email marketing.

• Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. (ClickUp, Notion, Miro)

• Familiarity with graphic design, video editing, and podcast production tools and techniques would be a plus, as content is becoming increasingly multi-format.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write engaging, persuasive copy for various marketing and advertising materials, including web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and ad copy.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align content efforts with key initiatives and business objectives.

• Edit and proofread copy to ensure it meets brand guidelines, adheres to best practices, and is free of errors.

• Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors, applying insights to inform copywriting strategy.

• Stay up-to-date with copywriting best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies, applying insights to inform our content strategy.

• Work closely with SEO specialists to optimize content for search engines, ensuring that copy aligns with keyword strategies and best practices.

• Support the development of content marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
