Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university, LLM or MBA is an asset
- 1-5 years of experience in a multinational company or a reputable law firm
- Special expertise in the areas of corporate law, commercial law,
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- A strong and consistent sense of teamwork and multi-tasking
- Proven ability to analyse and evaluate legal problems
- Completing military service for male candidates,
Preferred Candidate
1 - 5 years of experience
