 Şirketimiz, Bekaert Türkiye organizasyonunda değerlendirilmek üzere, Elektrik veya Elektrik -Elektronik Mühendisliği bölümü mezunu min. 3-5 yıl tecrübeli Mühendis işe alınacaktır.

Your Role/Job Description

• You ensure to provide electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment and process maintenance systems that maintain the continuity of production with preparing annual maintenance plans, daily breakdown maintenance plans
• You analyze accidental breakdown records, monitor technical developments to reduce unplanned losses, plan, apply and monitor preventive maintenance.
• You determine the amount of warehouse spare parts stock to provide critical materials accessible.
• You plan and implement modifications (PLC and electrical circuits software) on the machines required in the field.
• You perform and follow 5S, Quality, Autonomous Management activities within the scope of Area Management.
• You provide training activities to increase the technical competence of the employees and work cooperatively with Human Resources department.
• You conduct occupational safety activities in the work area, plan interventions in accordance with safety norms and ensure the execution of activities
• You ensure to work the communication and energy power plant systems of the factory.
• You are responsible of Electrical Maintenance Employee Management activities.
• You  help the development of the Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, Information Security, Energy ),  apply all procedures and instructions , develop and perform requirements in line with the objectives of the management system.

Your Profile/Requirements

• You hold University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineer field
• You are  good command of  Speaking English  (Candidates who believe that they have level of English to take the IELTS General Exam and achieve a minimum score of 6.5 should apply)
• You have experience with maintenance and project management activities
• You have experience of problem solving and root cause analysis.
• You have excellent communication and teamwork ability 
• You are good at preparing project plan, system, cause and effect relationship analysis
• You have resourcefulness and troubleshooting attitude
• You have attention for details
