Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Your Role
- You ensure to provide mechanical and process maintenance systems that maintain the continuity of production with preparing annual maintenance plans, checking daily breakdownsand activating the machines
-You prepare PM (Planned Maintenance) plans, analyze the reasons ofaccidentalstops, provide to be done regular maintenance checks and ensure machines continue to work.
-Youanalyze accidental breakdown records, monitor technical developments to reduceunexpected losses, plan,conduct and monitor preventive maintenance.
-You determine the amount of warehouse spare parts stock to provide critical materials accessible.
- You solve chronic problems to ensure reliable, efficient operation of machines.
-You manage of providing maintenance and repair service of devices ( Pump, Mechanical Lab.Devices,Die Shop Machines) in all units of the plant.
-You perform and follow 5S, Quality, Autonomous Management activities within the scope of Area Management.
-You provide training activities to increase the technical competence of the employees and work cooperatively with Human Resources department.
-You conduct occupational safety activities in the work area, plan interventions in accordance with safety norms and ensure the execution of activities
-You are responsible of Mechanical Maintenance Employee Management activities.
-You help the development of the Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, Information Security, Energy ), apply all procedures and instructions , develop and perform requirements in line with the objectives of the management system.
Your Profile
- You hold degree in Mechanical Engineering field
- You are fluent in English
-You have experience with maintenance and project management activities
- You have experience of problem solving and root cause analysis.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork ability
- You are good at preparing project plan, system,cause and effect relationship analysis
- You have resourcefulness and troubleshooting attitude
- You have attention for details
