We are searching for a "Finance Manager" to work with us in ourIstanbul Office serving in the International Maritime Transportation Sector.

We are looking for the following experience and competencies in our candidates;

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

·        Graduates from the relevant departments of 4-year universities,

·        Having a minimum of 5 years in corporate or commercial banking in finance,

·        Proficiency in financial analysis, budget and reporting,

·        Will be able to manage foreign bank relations,

·        Expert in cash flow management,

·        Analytical thinker, excellent communication skills, high persuasiveness,

·        Proficient in English,

·        Proficient in MS Office programs, advanced Excel ability,

·        A team player;

·        Advanced planning, management and organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Managing the company cash flow in line with company strategies,

·       To provide short/long term financing resources,

·       Maintaining and managing relations and operations with banks and financial   institutions,

·       Developing financing models by producing alternative scenarios in tandem with the   company's activities,

·       To offer advice in order to ensure the correct use of financial resources,

·       Leading the company's budget studies and independent audit studies,

·       To ensure the preparation of the company's periodic reports.
