QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Benart is a Professional entertainment project company who do both Project designs and applications of theatre, cultural centers, technology & simulation museums, theme parks/entertainment centers. Company Head Office is located in Levent, Istanbul.
We are an interdisciplinary team of different professions and disciplines, combined through the passion for first class events and shows and for outstanding solutions.
We are seeking “PURCHASING & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE/MANAGER” for our fast growing organization.
· University degree from a reputable university in related fields,
· Min. 5 years of functional experience in import, export, customs & logistics,
· Customs & legislation knowledge
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English,
· Excellent MS Office knowledge,
· Strong analytical skills, team worker, creative, excellent communication skills,
· Self confident, team player, have ability to push things forward,
· Attention to details, action / result oriented,
· Professional in both attitude (able to remain calm and positive ) and appearance
· Military service must be completed for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
· Procurement of both local and import materials / products / services,· Managing contract phases (payment terms, lead-times) and executing pay-back management,
· Issue POs (purchase orders) according to company procedure and follow up till successfull fulfillment,
· Research potential new suppliers, support of negotiating and partly negotiate supplier quotations and contracts on behalf of the company procedure to obtain favorable prices, terms and conditions of payment and service levels,
· Following customs clearance operations of confirmed import orders for materials, spare parts, samples and finished goods on time with optimum cost and in accordance with the existing legislation,
· Following critical lists and planning import operations,
· Instructing customs broker about import operations, preparing and forwarding job orders and following import operations,
· Controlling import operation costs and forwarding the invoices with necessary explanations to accounting dept.,
· Checking costs, quality and levels of service.
Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
