To support our continuous growth and reinforce our HR Team team we are looking for a HR Specialist taking part in Berko Sultabeyli Facility and Head Quarter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields,
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience; 
• Capable of understanding the business objectives and build strong collaboration with the business units,
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization,
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP is a plus,
• Experienced in HR modules and implementation process, SuccessFactors is a plus,
• Experience of managing process development to successful conclusion within tight deadlines, good at time management requiring multitasking & correct prioritization,
• A good team player with analytical thinking, paying attention to details,
• Excellent problem solving skills.

Job Description

• Ensure that Human Resources strategies, policies and processes are carried out, applied and adopted for the departments the partner is responsible from
• Executing recruitment, on-offboarding, performance management, learning&development activities, talent management, employee engagement and organizational changes processes for his/her accounts,
• Develop recruitment andsourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidates for his/her accounts,
• Manage and advise on human resources processes in HR digital platform as a key user and manager of the platform,
• Support and organize events and projects to increase corporate culture and employee motivation
• Support other Human Resources projects and Human Resources improvement studies in line with business needs. (Employee surveys etc)
• Drive daily intensive HR operations.
