Your profile- University degree from a reputable university is must
- Native Turkish and very good English language skills
- Having at least 2 years of B2B sales experience preferably with HR and training professionals
- Ability to win and close new business deals starting from cold calling consistently
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage and plan his/her workload
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Having a driving license and active driver
- No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 3 years.

Your tasks- Drive new business revenue by prospecting into focused companies
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries from prospects and existing customers
- Add prospects and opportunities identified through research, calls and emails
- Independently manage the entire sales process from initiation, close and onboarding
- Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients
- Create client presentations, proposals, and client reports
- Report weekly and monthly productivity to his/her manager
- Management of the sales process, complete understanding of the business, buying and decision-making process of prospects (mainly HR and training professionals from the corporations)
