QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for"Senior Assistant Brand Manager" who will work in Marketing Department in Besler located in Çamlıca, Istanbul. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

  • Minumum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG environment,
  • A strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets,
  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual skills,
  • Good command of Nielsen, household panel,
  • Passion for digital world and ability to understand global digital marketing trends and translate them into business opportunities,
  • Ability to be a team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and agencies,
  • Hard-working professional, being able to work under pressure, with high frustration tolerance,
  • The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must,
  • Needs to have good interpersonal & influencing skills,
  • Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and / or Marketing Management departments of universities,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility.
  • Follows the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepares analysis based on research data. Develops recommendations and action plans accordingly (Nielsen, HTP, BHT, etc…).
  • Responsible for digital marketing of the category and willing to bring new ways of doing.
  • Responsible for all the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, Packaging Agencies.
  • Follows the annual sales & marketing budgets.
  • Supports the process of product development and packaging.
  • Working closely with sales team to achieve topline and bottom-line targets by managing products mix, discounts conditions and pricing.
