Our journey as Yildiz Holding started in 1944 with the production of pötibör biscuits bearing the Ülker brand. Besler Gıda, which is a subsidiary of Yıldız Holding, is an oil production facility that includes brands such as Bizimyağ, Teremyağ and Luna. Today, it carries out oil and margarine production in three production facilities, 1 in Adana, 1 in Istanbul and 1 in Brunei. Our company, which has been an example in the oil industry since the year it started production, has many national and international documents and certificates in its field.

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Assist and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility.
• Follows the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepares analysis based on research data. Develops recommendations and action plans accordingly (Nielsen, HTP, BHT, etc…).
• Responsible for digital marketing of the category and willing to bring new ways of doing it.
• Responsible for all the 3rd party relations ATL, BTL, PR, and Packaging Agencies.
• Follows the annual sales & marketing budgets.
• Supports the process of product development and packaging.
• Working closely with sales team to achieve topline and bottom-line targets by managing product mix, discounts conditions and pricing.

What Are the Qualifications We Expect?

• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and/or Marketing Management departments of universities,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an FMCG environment,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
